IKAN MASAK CUKA UTARA

Assalamualaikum & salam sejahtera.


Resepi turun temurun dari opah Ana. Resepi yang selalu atuk ana request kat opah bila dia kurang selera makan dan tak sihat. Mood nak bermanja-manja gituuu!
Rasa sedih pulak tetiba bila terkenangkan arwah opah yang dah lama tiada... Hanya kenangan tetap di hati...

Resepi ni ana up kat blog ni supaya nanti tak lupa dan korang semua boleh cuba jugak tau. Jom kita tengok bahan-bahan dia yang super mudah dan murah... hehehe...

Inilah hasilnya yer korang,  molek tak?


Ikan masak cuka utara

Bahan bahan:
2 keping ikan tenggiri – lumur garam kunyit
2 sudu besar cuka
1 sudu kecil biji sawi
Garam
Gula
Sedikit serbuk kunyit - jika suka

Bahan Hiris:
3 ulas bawang kecil
2 ulas bawang putih
2 cm halia
2 biji cili hijau - belah dua
1 labu bawang besar - potong gelang

Cara memasak:
Ikan digoreng garing. Angkat dan ketepikan.

Panaskan sedikit minyak lebih goreng ikan tadi dan tumis semua bahan hiris dan biji sawi sehingga layu. Masukkan air secukupnya. Masak sehingga mendidih. Air jangan banyak sangat tak sedap nanti tau.

Masukkan cuka, garam dan gula secukupnya. Masukkan juga cili potong dan bawang besar tadi. Akhir sekali, masukkan ikan goreng tadi dan biar mendidih sebentar. Angkat dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
